Typically, a civil lawsuit begins after one party files paperwork with the court. Therefore, if you have sustained damages due to the inaction or action of someone else and you would like to seek compensation for these damages, a request for monetary compensation must be made to the court.

Ideally, the other party will offer you a fair settlement without the need to go through civil court proceedings; however, in the event that a settlement is not offered or cannot be agreed upon, we have the skill and knowledge necessary to represent you in the courtroom.
